Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa Maldives is synonymous with romance. Located at one of the largest shallow lagoons amongst resorts in the Maldives, the resort spoil you with a vacation of a lifetime. Your seaplane glides across the ocean through the distant Meemu Atoll, the first thing you will notice is the vast, turquoise halo surrounding the land. You’re looking at one of the largest shallow lagoons amongst resorts in the Maldives – and a prime setting for a photo shoot! Extreme relaxation is the resort specialty with plenty of ways to experience it, courtesy of the secluded location, island ambiance and in-house spa. There are plenty of spa treatments that both of you can indulge in, including full body massages and cathartic foot massage. You could even venture out to sea for a peaceful session of fishing, dolphin watching or kayaking. For the more adventurous, we have both water-bound and land-based activities on offer, including water sports (both motorised and non-motorised), diving and snorkelling around a coral reef amongst sea turtles and other marine life, beach volleyball, and a fitness centre. Families will love the pool and play area for the kids, where fun can be had for all.

Overlooking both the pool and the glowing turquoise lagoon, the stunningly breath-taking Vevu Bar and Lounge is dedicated to serving the guests of the Platinum Island.
Open only in the evenings, the pool-side bar and lounge for some live music and a pleasantly sprightly atmosphere. Found at the heart of the island, you can choose to drink in the view of the white sand and the waters of the Indian Ocean, or you can try your hand at the board games and pool table available to guests.
A specialty seafood restaurant, Crab lies at the end of the private island. The setting complemnets couples seeking privated dinner with some cherished moments. Savor 4-course seafood meals, lobster specials and other a la carte meals are prepared with the utmost care and consideration of your taste buds, letting you savour the taste of the ocean as you gaze at the gentle waves around you. Located in the heart of the island – Pool Bar & Lounge are perfect vantage points to view the beach and sea. Live music performances, each evening turn the bar into a relaxed but lively atmosphere. Ask the bartender to mix you a house special or take your pick from the extensive menu.
The restaurant is a direct interpretation of its name. A round Maldivian malaafaiy is a large, traditional wooden serving dish, accompanied by numerous other smaller dishes, creating a circular pattern that is as much a feast for the eyes as it is for the stomach. All guests of the main island are welcome to its three daily buffets.
Bringing some Balinese decadence the Mandara Spa offers services of specialists in relaxation and indulgent therapies. Fringed by greenery in the midst of the resort’s gardens, the spa invites couples in particular to refresh themselves with an invigorating massage after a long day.
Dive & Sail has been long-time dive centre partner in operation at the Meemu Atoll. With a team of international diving instructors on hand to guide you, don’t hesitate to join, whether you’re at beginner level or an expert!
Dive & Sail provide all the equipment necessary, including SeaQuest BCDs, aqualung regulators with octopus and console, Suunto dive computers, digital underwater cameras, underwater torches, 3 mm neoprene suits (shorties), masks, snorkels and fins as well as weight belts and weights. Of course, masks, snorkels and flippers are available too!
