Aviation News – Better connectivity now for Khajuraho and Aurangabad

Khajuraho, home to the famous Chandela Temples inspired by the Kamasutra, has long suffered from poor air connectivity. There is good news now, Vistara, which is India’s fastest growing full-service airline (co-owned by Singapore Airlines and the TATA Group) having announced flights connecting Varanasi and Khajuraho starting the first week of November. Another city with two World Heritage Sites, Aurangabad (it is the gateway for the Ajanta and

Ellora Temples) has also long suffered from poor air connectivity. There is good news here too, with Air India having announced a thrice-weekly flight connecting Udaipur and Aurangabad, two very important destinations on the tourist map.
